Our MODUL4R colleagues at FFT are leading the development of a highly flexible software pipeline for automating the assembly of PCBs, ideal for small batch sizes. Here's what makes the software pipeline so impactful: → Part detection, gripping and separation → Robot path planning and collision prevention → Quality assurance of electrical components 🔵 Our project partner nxtControl has installed a CPSizer to collect data from FFT shopfloor, covering process steps and quality checks. 🔵 The CPSizer is connected to the FOG device from @CORE_Innov_Cen and pushes this data to the cloud layer where other MODUL4R team members can retrieve it, powering: → #SwarmIntelligence → #Predictivemaintenance → #Digitaltwin creation All to support a more resilient and precise assembly process.
