Alan Turing - The father of modern computer science, he was recruited to the top-secret team at Bletchley Park as a codebreaker during WWII. In 1952 police discovered he was gay and arrested him. In 2014 he was granted a rare royal pardon for his conviction. #lgbthistorymonth
