Modulr Weekly Progress 🟨 Here’s the latest update on what’s been happening at Modulr this week. 👇 Marketing • We’ve been working on the suspension of our X account, and this is expected to be resolved by next week at latest. • Alexandre Pacheco spoke at Breaking DePIN in Zurich, delivering a keynote and joining panels that opened doors to discussions with key leaders in the space. • Updated GitBook in progress, white paper release coming soon. • Community games with rewards have launched in TG, join to take part. • Merch and more materials have been ordered for our upcoming Modulr HQ tour! • Several campaigns are in development, with more details coming soon. Development • Something big is in the works on the development side. While we can’t share full details yet, progress is being made toward a major demo that will showcase Modulr’s tech in action. • We tested single- and multi-node networks. Block generation and epoch rotation are working. Fixed critical quorum reconnection bugs; debugging continues to ensure stability. Finance • We're reconciling all TGE and post-TGE transactions to deliver a clean financial snapshot for leadership decision-making. • Modeling headcount scenarios (timing, roles, cost envelopes) to guide responsible hiring and runway management. • Drafting a clear Expense Policy and rolling out streamlined expense submission/reimbursement workflows so conferences, events, and essential purchases are fast, auditable, and predictable. • Live dashboards now cover web, social, and finance performance; new modules being added for cash/burn, commitments, and budget vs. actuals. • Welcome packs, role checklists, and how-to video tutorials are ready to reduce time-to-productivity for new joiners.
