Can somebody from the Indian govt explain us why India's testing rate is so low. ?? just 8 lakhs tests in a country of 130 crores ?? How is that helping !

AIIMS Raipur has approved setting up of Covid19 testing lab at Govt Medical College Raigarh. Now we've 4 RTPCR testings facilities (2 at Raipur,1 each at Raigarh & Jagdalpur) and 2 more in pipeline. This will help us expand testing capacity in Chhattisgarh & isolate Coronavirus!

Chattisgarh govt should open liquor stores after 3rd May ( with social distancing) and start earning revenues from sales. People are anyways buying liquor in black .
