Our final #StressFreeChristmas tip comes from a group participant who says “CHRISTMAS dinner is just a Sunday roast, don’t get too stressed over it”. Great advice don’t put too much pressure on yourself to make everything perfect.

#StressFreeChristmas. Not everyone gets along at #CHRISTMAS and you may need to spend time with people you wouldn’t normally. AVOID CONFLICT, go for a walk to break things up. Ask a guest to make drinks or food. Speak to people beforehand and explain how important the day is.

#StressFreeChristmas. Here’s another tip. It’s absolutely fine to say NO to something you don’t want to do. You don’t even have to explain why. If you choose to explain that’s fine and maybe have an alternative suggestion of something you’d prefer to do to hand if you want.

You never know when you may come across a man who is struggling. Taking the time to talk to them and providing support numbers might just be the thing that saves their life and the lives of their friends nd family members. Save these for if/when you might need them.
