Some moments are so pure that you know you’ll remember them for a long time. Today an entire class rallied around a classmate who was afraid to take the test. Hugs, high fives, cheers, and even a few tears filled the room. (BTW - she aced it!) #LISDBEKIND #PolserProud.

A2: This year, I have lots of energy in my room (which I love)! But like all things, it must be managed. There is no blanket policy or routine that works. Address one student at a time, making sure his/her needs are met. And team up with your awesome parents! #EdutopiaChat

I go into the long weekend with my cup filled to the brim after seeing 2 of my awesome students turn their week around and take HUGE strides toward our Polser 10 behavior goals. One day, or event, doesn’t define you; your perseverance to overcome shows your heart. #PolserProud

I got a handwritten letter from a student today telling me how happy she is to be coming back to our school next year because she always switches schools. Teachers, if you EVER doubt the impact you have on kids, shake that right off. Love them. Believe in them. They’re worth it.

Some of our amazing 2nd graders made bowls for the Empty Bowl Project and got to show off their great work today. Such big hearts they have! They make me #PolserProud every day!
