Millions of Canadians pushed for this recognition & it matters. But recognition alone is not enough. Canada must act to end the ongoing genocide & forced starvation in Gaza & the annexation of the West Bank. Without action, there will be little left of Palestine to recognize.

@AnitaAnandMP With no actual borders or state being recognized it’s pure lip service. All day every day Palestinians are evicted from homes in Jerusalem and the West Bank under protection from the Israeli military AND OFTEN THE PALESTINIAN AUTHORITY STANDS BY AND DOES NOTHING.
