When interviewing brokers for potential listings, what are some of the most essential criteria for owners? 1. Track Record - Does this broker sell the type of property I am about to list? 2. Resourcefulness—If the deal encounters roadblocks, does this broker have the ability to get it back on track? 3. Grit - Is this the type of broker willing to grind out calls and uncover the buyer willing to pay the highest and best price? Or will they share it with the usual buyers everyone knows about? 4. Marketing - Does this broker have cookie-cutter marketing books or exciting, custom pages that genuinely highlight the property? Anything I am missing?
