VBT is not only for barbell exercises! With @MyLift_App you can record the weight stack and create a very accurate load-velocity profile. We did this in class yesterday: *Actual 1RM 75kg *Predicted 1RM 76kg Not bad🤷‍♂️🤩📱🏋🏼‍♀️

今日のバックスクワットの1RMを算出してみると、かなり戻ってきてた。さすがに5日間で40kgも伸びるはずはないから、多分計測ミスもあるだろうけど、筋力戻ってきてるのは自分の感覚と一致してる。自分の状態を簡単かつ客観的に評価できるのはやっぱり便利。 @MyLift_App
