I get in my own way waiting for ppl to have accountability. Though insecurities and self esteem have a lot to do with self. We’re not going to take away from the fact that those you love dearly can play a part in the flaw and fragile ness of one’s insecurities etc.

You communicate it and offer solutions. You need me to work? You come in the home and offer your help with the kids, shopping, cooking, cleaning, teaching and lift some of the stresses in the home so she can go out and help lift some of your financial stresses.

Most women are now expected to help financially provide and come home and still hold down all the “womanly things” that were required of women way back.. 😑 Times haven’t change, what it looks like to provide and lead have changed.
