P1p1 Rattlewurm in to Shepherd had me thinking maybe I'd end up with one of those week 1 broken GW decks, but turns out 16 commons is still good enough for a 7-1. Without TUTS/veil, ended up playing rush and raid to help keep the arynx attacks flowing, both played out well

Back from my travels (where I only got to catch a little of the PT - go @JasonILTG!) and a nice 7-0 with RW. MVPs were actually the spree cards. Raid in particular was excellent, and was a clean 3 mana 2 for 1 twice. Ride down/vigilante was also nice for a few surprise lethals
OTJ lots of fun but very few trophies. Pretty nutty things happen once you get to 5-6 wins, but this one had enough to push through. Think I've played Oasis Gardener in my last 4 decks now, the need for fixing is at a premium with so many insane bombs you want to cast.
Games have been good, but "week 1 things" this time seems to be that green is just nuts (as we predicted). Only time I tried drafting non-G (UW) went 0-3, and the other 3 green decks have been 6,6,2 wins. Feels like MOM again, as a value + removal format, except G/U swapped

8-4-1 Montreal regional with Temur lands. I liked my list and my preparation. I think there was two games minimum where I felt like I had the tools to win but didn’t. My draw was unfortunate. I was decently far ahead but this format is slow. Gonna keep my process up.
Lack of reps finally caught up to me. Played the esper mirror for the first time in the semis vs @ashame_mtg and I felt very unsure about how to sideboard and play the matchup. Happy with the weekend still and my play overall. Appreciate all of the support from everyone 🙂
9th place at the Canadian RC with Temur. Back to the PT, good way to balance out the leafs losing in game 7. Very happy
7-1 into 9-4 for top32, Ended up in a shitty time spot and chose to concede to my opponent who ended up in top8, losing two win and in’s sucks but am happy with the two people who beat me for the invites. Happy with my play for the most part, we go next
1-1 in Draft 2 of the Open with this absurdly good deck. Didn't really function one match and didn't have a loss to give. Overall, a great time. Hopefully get there next time!
10-4 for T32, W not worth it overall (though Elesh was great, maybe worth small splash by itself) but Gurk is still a delight. Updated Gurk guide (and Modern/Legacy updates!) when I'm home 🪿
Open draft 1, solid 3-1 though a bit sad to not 4-0 with one of the best decks I've had all format. Did lose to an even better deck though! Best Grixis crimes deck I've seen, think they had 3 commons in the whole deck! Lost to Cruel Ultimatum, so at least went out in glory.

Fell just short of making money in the Arena Open. Drafts were both medium, so I'm happy to be up a load of gems for the next open.
Lost in top 4 in a long 3 game set. Drew pretty bad towards the end but wheels were bound to fall off eventually. Stings to miss worlds but happy to be back on the PT, fired up
10-3 for 11th and a pt invite at RC Montreal with the best deck in standard. Im gonna do well in Amsterdam this time so I don't need to keep doing this, don't know how many more lives I have 🐈⬛️
0-2 in the open with Esper mediums. Had a Gitrog and a Rakdos in the board but saw 0 fixing for them aside from my pylons. Probs would have jammed Rakdos on 2 mountains if I had another UB dual.
1-1 and out- Draft 2. Rough one. Gonna review it tmrw on stream.
3-1 first Pod losing the last one. Opponent's deck was only ok too RG just too weak to Dancing. Deck a bit clunkier than I'd like. RG underdrafted everyone should force it next draft 😈
