This Sunday the group will be meeting at the leisuredrome in Bishopbriggs ( postcode G643hd) at 9:30. We will do an approx 5 walk walk along the canal. All are welcome to come along for some exercise, fresh air, meet new people,and have some FREE refreshments. Pets welcome.

Sporting memories Scotland is an age-friendly and dementia friendly session held every Thursday at 10:30am in the community Hub at Barrhead centre.

On Sunday 7th December the walking group will be putting on a Christmas party for 100 pensioners at Saint Rochs chapel hall between 5pm and 9pm. This will include some free alcoholic and soft drinks, a fish supper with games and music.We are doing a raffle to help with costs.
Another great wee morning walk and lovely breakfast from Rowan's afterwards. Reminder we still have some tickets available for our 2nd year anniversary dance on Saturday 13th September, Live singer, bring own bottle just £8 a ticket, guaranteed a brilliant night.
