Terrible experience with @bigbasket_com delivery. Received poor quality items and filed for a return 2 days ago. Still not collected and no refund or callback from support despite multiple chats. Item is rotting further. Pathetic service! @SwiggyInstamart has much better service!

Dangerous overhead cables for supplying power to nearby buildings in Virugambakkam. Supposed to be temporary but several months gone, no action. Danger to several school kids and residents using the road. Bad weather increases danger. Urging @TANGEDCO_Offcl to take quick action.

Got cheated by @IndiaHaier for fridge service. Actual spare parts and labor cost only Rs. 2797, but was charged Rs. 4567 and given a fake invoice by the technician. Emailed customer care 5 days back, but still no response. I hope people refrain from buying Haier products!

Poor & unprofessional service by @ACTFibernet Chennai.I've filed the same complaint thrice & every time service engineer calls & says "I've closed the complain ticket today,but I'll fix it in 2 days. Pls don't reopen". And he never shows up to fix the issue!

visited nearby @vodafoneIN ministore for converting postpaid to prepaid. Was charged Rs.300 (they insisted only cash) for first recharge but received recharge of only Rs.229. Tried calling customer care twice to understand the charges but they were unhelpful too.

Pathetic support from @Uber_India @Uber_Pune. They've charged me twice for two rides and it's happening again for the third time now! It's been over 30 days since this first occurred and no refunds yet! And no response either from customer care for more than 48 hours! Terrible!

Poor UI design of @zetaIndia payment gateway is neither having an option to delete my old sodexo meal card nor add a new one to pay for my swiggy order. Disappointing customer support from @swiggy_in too when I reached out to them
