1/3 Cérémonie de remise officielle du Laboratoire de confinement biologique P3 a l’INSP #Don_du_PNUD_Financement_GC6 Inauguration du laboratoire de sécurité P3 destiné à lutter contre la tuberculose et d'autres maladies infectieuses.
Le 15 octobre, le @mspls_bdi a reçu un don de réactifs d’analyse de MPox octroyé par @US_Emb_Burundi dans les enceintes de l’INSP. L’ambassadrice des États-Unis @petersonlisafi et l’équipe de délégation du Ministre ont eu l’occasion de visiter le LNR de l’INSP.
3.L'objectif principal est de mener une enquête de séroprévalence sur la MPox au sein de la population burundaise. L’évaluation des capacités a consisté à une analyse des capacités techniques de diagnostic et des infrastructures du LNR et les besoins en renforcement des capacités
2. ...de diagnostic des maladies infectieuses, avec un accent particulier sur la MPox (Monkeypox). Cette évaluation s'inscrit dans le cadre d'un projet visant à établir un mémorandum d’entente entre les deux institutions.

A la fin de la formation, les participants ont reçu des certificats attestant leur participation et les connaissances acquises.
et garantir des pratiques de laboratoire sûres et efficaces. Les participants ont appris à gérer efficacement les échantillons biologiques, à utiliser des techniques de diagnostic moléculaire avancées et à respecter les principes fondamentaux de la biosécurité et la biosûrété.
1/3 Africa CDC a organisé un atelier de formation du 30 septembre au 4 octobre 2024 qui avait le but de renforcer les capacités des laborantins y compris ceux de l'INSP afin qu'ils puissent mieux contribuer à la reposte de l'épidémie de MPOX
