Fallen Leaves from trees are the responsibility of the property owner. The Leaves shouldn't be raked/blown into the street. The City does not have the ability to pick up the leaves placed their by citizens.@CityofKearney @FHUEngineering @NeFSMA @KearneyHub @NTVNEWS @1340KGFW

What are the types of things we don’t think about after a flood event? There are a lot of public health issues that don’t immediately come to mind. Diseases, animal interactions, hazardous waste. These are things we need to think about.
