I think we're horribly misled about exercise. Exercise should not be the first path to lose weight. And if you're super stressed, full of seed oils and hypothyroid, hard exercise will make your problems worse. Weight loss starts in the kitchen.

Proof of Reserves is a form of cryptographic truth that solves the solvency issues and related contagion/systemic risks the cryptocurrency industry is now experiencing. Its adoption will harden blockchain applications to be superior to traditional markets with the same issues.

It is clear that cryptographically proving the solvency of trading venues and financial institutions is becoming the new industry standard. Proof of Reserves is a great example of a cryptographically guaranteed financial world that starts in crypto going on to mainstream finance.
