May not seem like an accomplishment, but I lost 2 pounds!
Lol yesterday I was doing squats in the middle of class. :D
Just tried an apple again. Why are they so nasty to me. I thought I could teach myself to like them like I do with vegetables. Guess not. D:
I said no to soda for 2 days. Then I caved. But for the 2 days that I didn't have soda I mostly drank water.
I'm going to try something a little different. Eating Right. Schools starting and I won't have much time to do a lot.
I gained 5 pounds. I don't understand it. I've been watching my calories and working out. Idk but my moms getting apples soon :) gonna try
It is what I do that teaches me what I am looking for
Waking up tomorrow at 6 am to go for a walk. The weather is too damn hot to walk any other time. Lol
School is almost out and that means I can focus more on my health. I saw a pic of me yesterday and it made me sick! I will try this summer.
Finally back to the habit of drinking water at night instead of a sugary drink. Going to bed now.
Okay I'll admit it I'm slacking. But I have a summer plan that I will do. I just want to impress my girlfriend when we go back to school.
Forgot all about my goals. But I did loose 5 pounds. Is that good?
Got my goals all lined up for april. Can't wait to see how they play out
