But I’ve made my peqce with knowing whether I’m 95 or 195 pounds, I will never be satisfied.
Wouldn’t it be amazing to be 5’6” and 128 pounds and not think you needed to lose 15 pounds?
Braved the scale today and it wasn’t as scary as I thought it would be
I will share any worthless information about myself but anything serious I’ll never share with anyone.
Any amount of emotion and it’s like oh not eating is the answer. But it’s not the answer. And I can’t let myself do it even once.
Ever since I got on that scale all I can think about is getting on it again
Really proud of my workout and eating choices this past week.
Today is definitely going to be a cardio day. I’m thinking 20-25 minutes on the treadmill 15 of which will be running and then maybe 10-15 minutes on the elliptical. And an ab workout.
I’m actually down 3 pounds in about four days so I’m pretty happy.
I swear the holidays did me no freaking favors
Holy crap I got on the scale a couple days ago and I can’t stop thinking about doing everything I can to lose weight immediately.
Third day of the new year and I will hit my workout after work tonight. Not falling behind this year.
So today I have work till five then am seeing a friend tonight. So she can just watch me do a workout I think because I have to get it in.
