! Our study shows that in Drosophila, circulating fructose, which is generated by the polyol pathway, regulates an increase in germline stem cells through gustatory receptor-mediated secretion of gut NPF. science.org/doi/10.1126/sc…

We discovered a new mutation in insulin receptor. Interestingly, the InR mutant is temperature-sensitive and showed insulin resistance under 29°C condition. Please access the link!
