@Notalwayswrite I don't think so. I remember we used it mostly for Hershey's chocolate syrup that came in a can when I was a kid. Also, when my mom was using evaporated or condensed milk in a recipe but would have some left she opened those cans that way.

Donald Trump has helped me to improve accuracy in my own usage of language and reduce my use of exaggerating. I used to say "most of us" frequently. I reduced that to "many of us." Now, I say,"some of us." I rarely say,"a whole bunch of us" and it's a slip when I do.
