IBD has to go to “Market In Correction” at minimum before this 1st move down is done. 200dmas across board… 90% DVOL at minimum. Sentiment flush, VIX 30+. Etc. etc..

As the market moves back to new highs in coming days & weeks, I suspect we will see more commentary about a reopening of the economy & rising earnings estimates for next year. This will be part of the narrative that helps drive the melt-up. S&P to 4200-4500 & Nasdaq to 15,000.

Bearish sentiment remains elevated & the stock market continues to climb a big wall of worry. S&P should rise above 3100 before any significant pullback & even then any pullback will be short-lived. Heading above 4000 this summer. Don't fight the Fed.

@TweetLeni There’s a saying “no 2 markets are alike”. The current market will set a world record for having 2 identical markets back to back. Dec 2018 20% correction followed by a V-shape. March 2020 35% correction followed by a faster V shape recovery! No worries, this is normal!

@mennis4life @elerianm @MorningsMaria @MariaBartiromo @FoxBusiness @FoxNews @elerianm is saying, even though a very high unemployment number, that it’s less or better numbers than previous weeks. Also recessions happen when bank loan liquidity dries up or corporations can’t borrow, money or borrowing is very cheap, which is why we rally!
