Unfortunately “immunity to injury” isn’t in the job description as a PT - I’m 5 weeks out of surgery to repair my Achilles tendon. Today I started PT as a patient @OSRPTMN and in about 30 minutes I’ll start seeing my own patients 🤣. Thanks to @SportsandOrtho for patching me up!
This OSR crew just finished providing Sportsmetrics ACL prevention pre tests for over 60 @MNEliteLaxGirls 🥍 athletes. Combined with the coach the coach program, we are hoping to reduce the amount of ACL injuries this season. Not all heroes wear capes. Saving one ACL at a time!
