SUPREME COURT has ORDERED that FUNDS BE PAID DIRECTLY TO LGAs Nigeria's Supreme Court has ordered the 36 State GOVERNORS to henceforth steer clear of the funds meant for the 774 LGAs. The Court said it's unconstitutional for States to control LGA Funds.
