Data privacy itself is not difficult. However, the longer you ignore it, the more complex it gets. It requires that leadership give a damn about customers & employees. If you start at the beginning, you will save so much time, money, & pain.

This is your annual reminder that employees at startups, even really big ones, can probably access all of your data. Data privacy is really hard, and most can't or won't make the investment.

I would love to see @Microsoft roll out a @MicrosoftTeams update that included support for multiple simultaneous work accounts, or at least an account switcher to make toggling back and forth fast and easy.

Yes, you do use AWS, but... No, you can't just mark all those SOC-II controls as N/A. You still have to *do* them... *in* AWS.
