“I really think if we drill down to values, we would see we are much more alike than different.” This is what One Small Step is all about. Listening without necessarily needing to agree. Showing up as human beings, not talking points.
Before his conversation, Tony wasn’t really sure what to expect. But after? “ My conversation with Ben really, confirmed for me, my belief and, and strong instinct that people are so multifaceted and complex that the things that where we differ is a beautiful thing.”
