Been a roller coaster of a few week's. Split from my soul mate. It's been quite hard to think it's over.but we need to move on and be strong.. on a good note I've stopped drinking alcohol day 24 and still sober 💪 need to keep moving forward.
Today I've decided for who and what's all is important to start making small changes in my life. The ones I started to do here before I became too comfortable and a bit withdrawn from life and not following purpose.. @BipolarClubDx #lifegoals #world

Am not sure what day we are on now it's been a long journey on here. Have decided to using twitter again as a vice sort of like a journal. Doctors as us to do this but if your like me it's easier dmsaid than done. #life #mentalhealth #people #love #life #happiness
So after thinking not taking my medication was a good idea after 8 days I crashed big time quit my job and felt the lowest I have in some time. So anyone thinking of doing the same thing when we feel like everything's going well in life it's probably better to consult a gp. #life
So it's been a long time since I was active properly on here Dec 20 22 seems like a life time ago. For the last 7 days I've stopped taking my lamotragine olanzophean and elvanase it's been not too bad to be honest I'm finding my self again I want that guy back #mentalhealth
Over the last few days ove been thinking about how my medication helps but also messes with me too. So I've decided I don't want to be addicted to prescription medication I want my old self back. And that's what I'm gonna do. #bipolar #mentalhealth #addiction #life #feelings
