Average rents in Q2 of 2019 have increased sharply. Most property types in Wales have seen an increase in average rents, with terraced houses seeing the biggest increase of £19 (3.43%) from £567 to £586. Read the full report here.

The landlord had several more tenants who had further mental health conditions from hoarding, dangerous cooking to deadly snakes. He even stated that he wished he knew about @OpenDoorsTP. ‘I’m not a carer im a landlord’, we need help.
