Hey parents! Next time you hug your kid, try hugging your child self ~at the same time.~ eg, if you're hugging your 8-year-old, imagine hugging the 8-year-old version of YOU as well. It can be a beautiful form of self-love and self-parenting, and you deserve it. 🙂❤️
