As an empath, learning to identify my emotions and not obsorb others is a constant battle. Baby steps, trying to think three positive thoughts for every negative one that enters my mind. If the ego is easily offened, best to keep it switched off with most interactions.

I have had conversations about this with Christians. It`s like talking to a wall, they believe we are being directed by the evil. I have been told I cannot go to heaven except through belief in their god. I am good with that. Heaven is a metaphore and my soul is connected to god.

Spirituality is simply my way of life. As a child I was exposed to Religion 3 times a week. It did not resonate with me, as an empath the lies were clear, and my inate knew there was a better way. Love, unconditional love, no judgements no rules... Raise your vibration with love!

Life throws curves, we need to learn how to accept and move on without reacting. Controlling our thoughts is becomming more important as we approach ascencion. Focus on the goal, understand each lesson is vital to get where we are headed. Love is the key, show no fear.

Sometimes synchronicity is obvious, the ques we get when we ask for answers are not always the response we feel comfortable with. The initial sign that I was awakening was a voice repeating 'pay attention'. Until I finally acknowledged it, and asked, "Pay attention to what?"
