Ran a sim today on an inpt unit with @SPSP_TOH @OttawaHospital. Debriefed a positive action to build on: repositioning the bed diagonally,allowed easy access to the HOB with team lead at the foot. Finessed it with repositioning of the crash cart. Great take away.
