#StressAwarenessMonth tip: Use your sense of smell for instant relaxation! Pick an aroma & pair it with a #meditation. Practice multiple sessions with that same scent. After a few sessions, the odor itself will elicit a relaxed state, even when you don't have time to meditate!

Can you smell in #VirtualReality? With @OvrTechnology's #VR accessory, you can indeed! I picked up a digital rose and detected its flowery scent. The smell quickly changed to an earthy tone when I flipped the rose over to sniff at its tangled roots embedded in soil.
