When I was 10, I thought the best way to train was to run an all-out mile every day. That plan lasted a day before I realized it sucked. Whether in running or life... trying to go 100% every day, every hour is a recipe for being miserable. Be deliberate on work & rest.

What happens to pre-booked travel, many have connections to international flights via Delhi/Bangalore and meeting the timelines for RT-PCR tests. Is if pandemic chaos and expensive travel wasn't enough 🙄

Anne with an E- Another good Canadian series, emotional and engrossing watch, love the title song and almost everything. Still on season 1, hopeful that rest seasons are equally good.
