Currently PCC is experiencing network issues that are impacting accessing pcc.edu and many services across the college. An email has gone out to students and staff about the situation. We will update via email once we have determined the issue.

The Service Desk has received reports of issues accessing pcc.edu, my.pcc.edu, spot.pcc.edu, online.pcc.edu and sws.pcc.edu. We are working with vendors to troubleshoot.

Having Gmail Issues? You may not be alone. Google Dashboard shows that they are investigating reports of an issue. We have noticed that it is taking a while to send/receive messages. Follow the updates here: google.com/appsstatus/das…

Our authentication services that were impacting MyPCC and multiple business systems appear to have been resolved. If you continue to have issues accessing these services, clear your internet browser cache and try once again. If issues persist, please call the IT Service Desk.

Currently, IT has multiple services down. Students can reach their D2L courses by visiting online.pcc.edu. Additionally, Zoom can be accessed through portlandcc.zoom.us. Check your email for updates on services being restored.

As of 6:15 am, pcc.edu and our authentication server have been inaccessible. This is impacting Banner, Splashtop, VoIP web-client, and services that use MyPCC to authenticate. For other IT related issues, please call 971-722-4400 or email [email protected].

PCC is having login issues for D2L Brightspace and Zoom at online.pcc.edu. You are still able to access D2L Brightspace through my.pcc.edu. Zoom rooms hosted through Brightspace D2L can be accessed in the "Online Rooms" tab from within your course.

Beginning on the 20th of July, we will be providing additional access to applications directly from your MyPCC homepage. The laptop icon will provide you access to your D2L Brightspace page. The icon to the right of the computer is to access Google Drive.
