Today, Dr. Vijay Gupta, PSO(Ayurveda), PCIM&H Ghaziabad, delivered a comprehensive lecture on 'The Drugs & Cosmetics Act, 1940, and Drug Rules, 1945, Related to ASU Drugs, Licensing Procedure for Manufacturing and Sale of ASU Drugs' as part of a 6-day CME program at CCRAS.
The valedictory session of the two day handson training program for officials from the Drug Testing Laboratory, Gwalior,Madhya Pradesh, was conducted on 26-08-2025. The second day of the training was held in the Chemistry Laboratory, with a focus on instrumentation, drug testing.
On August 26, 2025, Dr. Rishendra Verma, former Joint Director (CADRAD) at ICAR-IVRI and former Joint Director (Research) at ICAR-NDRI, visited Pharmacognosy, Chemistry, Microbiology and Pharmacology laboratory.

Four day regional workshop on"WHO Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)for Herbal Medicines" Today, Director, PCIM&H,chaired technical session on "Overview of Quality Management System and WHO GMP" in this workshop on "WHO Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Herbal Medicines".
Today, the Director, PCIM&H, along with other officials, participated in the 30th National Seminar organized by Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV). The seminar focused on the theme "Management of Illness & Wellness in Pediatrics through Ayurveda" at the Scope Complex, Delhi.
On the 79th Independence Day, Director PCIM&H hoisted the flag at the campus of PCIM&H, in the presence of Director, FSSAI and officials of PCIM&H. The ceremony featured vibrant cultural performances by officials and their family members showcasing India’s rich heritage.
Today, on August 13, 2025, in celebration of the "Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan," the Director of PCIM&H administered the oath to all employees on "Drug Abuse and Say No to Drugs." This year, the theme of the "Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan" is "Nasha Mukt Yuva for Viksit Bharat."

OnAugust 11,2025,PCIM&H jointly conducted the 7th meeting of the Scientific Advisory Board (SAB) under the Chairmanship of Prof. M. C. Sharma and the 6th meeting of the Pharmacopoeia Committee (PC) under the Chairmanship of Dr. Prakash Hegde. The meeting was held in virtual mode.
WHO-IRCH Workshop The valedictory session of workshop chaired by Dr. Kim Sungchol, Chairperson of WHO-IRCH; Dr. Raghu Arackal; Dr. Raman Mohan Singh and Dr. Pradeep Dua. Delegates from participation county also shared their views, feedback and inputs regarding the workshop.
