I wish I had the balls of @ReedPartnership who, after ignoring my email & call requesting help & sending a misleading email to my employer (which they didn't help me get) towards the end of my probation that lied about me, just asked me whether I'd recommend the programme... 🤔

Not sure which was worse. @Uber driver ringing up and cancelling due to road works or @Panther_Taxis failing to show bookings or acceptances after trying then suddenly I get notified I have 3 and one had arrived.

Who the hell at @Zendesk thought it would be a good idea to make flagged replies by users who are not explicitly added to the ticket the exact same colour as internal comments?!? Literally opposites! And they used the same CSS class so I can't use a styles extension to fix it!

As a cyclist in Cambridge, I really wish people would use their own bloody cycle lane on their side instead of making it a nightmare by using ours. There's one in each direction with only enough space for single file yet I am forced to play dodge-bike every time I go home. :(
