Rain rain go away! Sunshine please!!!!

I am tired all the time at the moment, when I last told a doctor that they said it was depression- it isn't at all it's just me!!

Started taking vitamin d to try even things out on my "low" days. So far so good! Apparently prawns are a good source of vit d too :)

Fat lot of good my trip to the doctor was! I know not much they can do but don't patronise me by asking if I exercise- yes 3x a week!!!!

Having done some research think I'm going to go back to my doctor as they offered me very little help in PCOS and now I want answers!

Feel better about things today. Looked up on net more about PCOS to get a better understanding of me which helped in my way of thinking

Moody today. An having nose bleeds- hope its not a sign of high blood pressure??

The rain always makes me feel blue and crave comfort food! :(

Home time soon, I try and walk home really fast beating my time each time, it all helps :)

Yummy lunch- chicken salad. Been recommended to have oat bran to keep you regular- quite nice mixed with yoghurt

Started my day with a healthy shake- battle of the hormonal bulge continues- I will win!! All about changing my relationship with food

What a lovely morning! Been 1 week since started new contraceptive poll recommended for PCOS. Don't feel so sluggish so that's a good start!

Phew-shopping arrived just in time before I ate something I shouldn't! It's hard living with fiancé who can eat anything and growing 2yr old

Steak and salad for dinner. Await supermarket deliveryfor more healthy goodies

Ok- I'm going to try reduce my carb intake as its linked with the natural body's insulin.

One good thing about PCOS is my thick fast growing hair-luckily it's just head hair but I malt like mad!!
