That’s a wrap on the 2025 season! Our family and friends tournament was a huge success. Thank you seniors for the incredible memories. I’m so lucky to have this team to coach. Ok, I’m ready to sleep for a week now :).

Bittersweet match tonight as we closed out our season with final rolls for our seniors. The boys wind up in 2nd place with our win tonight and the girls tie for third after our loss. Seniors Gowri and Filip both had tremendous games and moments this season. Gonna miss them!!

The boys and girls have their seasons unofficially end this week in the state sectionals. Too many great moments in a wonderful season to count. Still have a makeup match next week to put a stamp on things. And of course our team tourney to wrap it all up!

No winners or losers when Hills and Valley get together for senior night on the lanes. Just a celebration of two great programs and our phenomenal senior bowlers and families. Gonna miss Giulia, Reina, Gowri, Filip, and Caiden big time for sure.

The boys get their 10th win of the season, but the girls drop their match tonight against Riverdell. Senior Filip Svecak goes 190/240 🔥🔥and sophomore Olivia Levi continues to improve each time out. Both teams looking to finish strong.

Gritty wins tonight at Montvale for both boys and girls over Ramsey. It rained 🦃 and double strikes all night. Bitter sweet for me as my own daughter rolled awesome for Ramsey in the effort. Big night for Frosh Evie Eggers getting her first varsity appearance for Hills too!

Boys and girls bowl their hearts out in tough matches against Westwood but come up short. Alex McKay opened game 2 with 8 straight strikes (255)…Things got real exciting! Huge props to Filip S going 204/165/193. And Olivia L was tremendous with a 138/126. Fun competition!

Girls county tournament day… last one for great seniors Gowri, Reina and Giulia. Initiated Sasha, Olivia and Gowri N with their first one as torch bearers. Didn’t make the playoff bracket so we just hit the ice cream a little bit earlier.

Boys get a tremendous 5-2 win over a very strong Dumont team tonight. I was too nervous to take videos, but trust me it was a tight, intense match. Can’t say enough about how Filip, Gavin, Ryan, and Alex have improved since the start of the year. 2170 pins…. Big time! 🎳🔥🎳

Both boys and girls get big wins tonight. But a special moment happened when two sets of brothers got to bowl varsity together! So awesome having Gavin and Caiden bowl with Michael and Alex. That made Alex’s incredible 682 series a distant second for best part of the match :)
