PHPD, WCPD, CONFIRE and Air Force Bomb Squad are at a residence on the 1700 block of Shirley Drive. There is NO threat to the general public and NO active criminal investigation. Bomb Squad on scene to asses and ensure safe handling of any potential historical military ordnance.
