PESA-1996 पंचायत उपबंध ( अनुसूचित क्षेत्रों पर विस्तार ) अधिनियम, 1996 को लागु किये बिना पंचायत चुनाव कराना अनुसूचित क्षेत्र के लोगों के साथ धोखा है। अगर PESA-1996 लागु नहीं होता है तो इन क्षेत्र के लोगों को अपनी राजनीतिक समझ पर पुनर्विचार करना ही पड़ेगा।

माननीय हेमन्त सर,@HemantSorenJMM गाँवों में शराबबंदी की कोई जरुरत नहीं बल्कि इसके नियमितीकरण की जरुरत है। बच्चों और औरतों के बेहतरी के लिए गाँवों में शाम के पाँच बजे से सुबह के पाँच बजे तक जबकि हाट-बाजार में दोपहर 12 बजे अपराह्न से शाम के पाँच बजे तक ही शराब बेचने की अनुमति हो।
तालझारी प्रखण्ड क्षेत्र @dc_sahibganj का चार पंचायत कल्याणी, काराणपुरा, तालझारी और भतभंगा संताली @Sahibganjprd में पिछले चार दिनों से बिजली आपूर्ति बाधित है। कृपया इसे मंगलहाट ग्रिड से जोड़ दिया जाय।
