OFFICER INVOLVED SHOOTING: At approximately 23:05, Deputies responded to 4112 Beaverhead at the Convince Shopping Center in reference to a suspicious person call. We are still gathering more details. The Liberty Bureau of Investigation will be taking lead in the investigation.

UPDATE: James Timberland was found deceased off of Beaverhead Road last night at approximately 2341 hours. Deputies found him in a nearby trash dump right outside of the abandon warehouse. The case has been handed over to investigators and they have started their investigation.
