On the last day of the Global mental health training program, Prof Rod Taylor conducted a session on clinical trials. Dr Ishrat Husain and Dr Omair Husain discussed the planning and management of CAPSI Project.
On 20th April 2024, sixth day of the training, Prof. Nasim Chaudhry and Dr. Jill McGarry shed light on the issues faced by people due to sleep disorder.
Physical ailments, such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, are majorly attributed to increased stress. Our mental health is also damagingly affected by high stress in the long run. By empowering ourselves with tools to manage stress we can cope with it effectively.
