There is complete system failure, no governance is working inspite of regular followup with NCLT , Judgement from Supreme Court to resolve the cases in 6 weeks time . We feel PMO is the last hope to intervene and save the aggrieved home owners.
NCLT created by much fan fare to support , has failed miserably the flat buyers in particular,waiting to be heard endlessly date after date, further adding to miseries through costs of RP and lawyers,who can intervene other than PMO .We THIPL-Sec73 buyers seek immediate attention
