@dpd_uk i have a parcel i missed delivery for so i arranged for it to be redelivered yesterday but according to your site, it never left the depot yesterday. Can someone tell me when I'll be expecting it please?

@Jacamo what bad service. Paid for next day delivery Waiting all morning and afternoon then be told I missed the courier which is a total and blatant lie. Been a customer for a long time and have spent a lot but don’t think I will anymore and will tell family friends not to

@AmazonHelp Yes parcel missed delivery date and now has only 1 of 2 items in it. And yet my account says that 2 items were delivered. Happened 2 weeks ago too and only just got refund as your systems are not client friendly. So prime failure and putting right items in parcel failure.

@parcelforce @RoyalMail not happy with your service at the moment. Missed delivery after missed delivery. I've been in at the time. Delivery driver doesn't bother knocking. Today is the 5th time we've missed delivery. Twice for the same parcel!!! Sort it out!!
