Two things that can both be true: 1. The trial was a sham and will have terrible downstream consequences. 2. Trump is a reckless sociopath who has no business wielding public authority and nothing about this trial changes that.
Independents comprise 52% of the voters. They will be the ones who decide this election in November.
@jso_patriot What a sad state of affairs for our country. Our choices are a 78 year old who rambles on about 4 years ago and 81 year old whose favorite topic is ice cream. The 70 year old independent seems young and vibrant in comparison.

Trump is winning the Republican primaries. However, for someone who is so far up in the Republican polls, these are very modest wins. 60% in SC, 54% in NH and 51% in IA. A lot of Republicans are not voting for him. If you can't capture your party in the primary, you are toast.
Trump only getting 50-60% in these primaries goes to show how many people won't be voting for him in the General.
This guy definitely cares about conservative policy is not just a total huckster grifting off of millions of uneducated marks.
