@PassMeFast Pass me fast are con artists that take people's money and provide poor customer service. Awful communication skills on the phones, unprofessional instructors who abandon students right before their test, eager to take money yet are unavailable when support is required
@PassMeFast @PassMeFast #avoid #CustomerService #boycott #passmefast . Learn from my mistake and avoid.They take money upfront in my case £1430.They then unilaterally make decisions to move test dates.Mine was booked in Dec23 I then paid extra to move forward instead they moved to Jan 24
@PassMeFast Scam. I paid £1200 for a course to wait 9 months then to be offered a £127 refund because they couldn’t allocate me a driving instructor
@PassMeFast Just to make anyone looking to book this course aware, they promise a refund and do not give one. They also ignore emails after promising refund. Arrogant to deal with and poor communication within the teams. I'll be taking it as far as possible.
@PassMeFast Don’t use this company, I’ve had nothing but hassle from them and now 3 days before my daughters test the instructor that PassMeFast appointed us saying he’s not been paid, so test won’t happen. Unfortunately I don’t have space to write all of the problems

@PassMeFast Do not, i repeat, do not use this company. they are dishonest, do not match availability, steal hours and refuse to put you through to a relevant team. They have refused to refund me for months and i am now looking at not being ready for my test. 6 months of hell!!
