We need to quit with the excessive nuance and simply communicate the clear teaching of scripture without shame. Also, if a brother does so, we don't need an ivory tower academic or winsome pastor to come alongside and make it more palatable for society. Repent and Believe

The reason we have the freedom to discuss ideas is because of the freedoms afforded us by the Christian worldview. Similar to how an unbeliever must borrow capital from the Christian worldview to even make truth claims, so too the marxist must borrow. May truth reign again.

This is secular humanism to its logical conclusion. And in our relativistic postmodern world, many will argue that there is a moral good intrinsic to these sinful dispositions. But if we can't call obesity unhealthy this shouldn't surprise us. Woe to those who call evil good.
