Ask open questions rather than closed ones. It invites people to dive deep into their feelings and thoughts. A simple "yes" or "no" can't do that. Foster conversations that matter.

Perfection can be the enemy of progress. Better to execute on 80% of a solid plan than to stall for perfection. Action teaches us, while hesitation just keeps us wondering. Dive in and adjust as you go – that's where the real learning happens.

- I automated 40% of the daily work of a friend with 3 tools: Airtable, ChatGPT and Make(dot)Com - 20 more % could be automated with a budget of above $200 / Month. Cold emailing is definitely going to loose its efficiency, get ready to go back to cold calling or cold-looming.
