Israel bombing Rafah now- densely packed small area w 1.5M ppl who escaped bombing in other cities and were told to move there 4 safety. Most in makeshift tents Most of Gaza has been destroyed. The US is doing this as it'd stop if military spending and weapons from US stopped.

participating in GGJ2021 after not having worked on new projects for a long time, really makes me realize how much I've taken my existing code-bases for granted...they solved so many problems in the background that I now get to experience anew. it's some real whiplash
