Neil, a keen cyclist, is planning a bike ride around Scotland to raise awareness & funds for Samaritans.He lives on Shetland and set off two days ago to visit all the branches over the next two weeks. Here he is at Perth branch on his ride to Dundee before cycling further south

A little reminder for anyone struggling with these darker evenings… By the end of this month, the sun will set around 5:39 PM. By the end of next month? About 7:30 PM. And the month after that it will be roughly 8:22 PM. Those longer lighter days are on the way.
