@PeteHegseth Why are you so afraid of transgender people? Did you have an…unexpected experience with one and you’ve been questioning yourself ever since? And that you are looking at “Libs of TikTok” for your information as a Secretary of Whatever is very concerning, to say the least.
Your lack of professionalism & flippant attitude toward a Navy Commander is appalling. You occupy a position of tremendous influence & importance and should behave like an adult. Whatever your view of the Commander's work, it is undignified for you to make jokes about firing her & to engage in performative politics in a public forum. You have the power to fire her, which you did. What purpose does your joke at her expense serve? You do a great disservice to those in the military and to the entire country by displaying such a puerile attitude. We have never had a Secretary of Defense show so little respect for those in uniform.
Are you seriously celebrating the firing of a decorated Navy commander who dedicated her life to serving our troops, just because she dared to care about transgender healthcare, or is this just another pathetic attempt to turn our military into a woke-purging circus while China laughs at our chaos?!
